At the 28th World Travel Award this year 2021, Air Asia has been given an award as the Low-Cost Airline Cabin Crew for their successful sixth-year running.
AirAsia tops the lists of many airlines for the award by receiving high votes from the different consumers, industry players, and professionals from across the regions. Obtaining the award from the World Travel Award (WTA) – one of the most comprehensive and prestigious awards programs commemorating excellence in the key sectors (travel, tourism, and hospitality) is truly exemplary.
The best quality of service of AirAsia’s cabin crews is attested by over 600 million guests and industry partners who have flown with them ever since the beginning. Continuing their cabin crew mission to uphold a world-class of service affordable and convenient for the customers to visit places in the world, since 2001.
With the exemplary award of Air Asia, they remain humble and grateful for the achievement they’ve received; “The past 18 months have been incredibly difficult for everyone and particularly for all of us in the aviation and tourism industries. With the said award, AirAsia also bagged the; Asia’s Leading Low-Cost Airline 2021 for its fifth consecutive year by the World Travel Awards; Business Innovation award 2021at the World Airline Awards from the Flightglobal aviation experts; and the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline 2021 award for the 12th consecutive year by the Skytrax.
