Ready to become a flight attendant? Try answering these questions.

As we look forward to future cabin crew job postings, are you ready to become a flight attendant? If you feel you are, try answering these questions and see how ready you really are. Now these are here to see how ready you are, for you to be clear about your “why”.

Passing the cabin crew physical requirements is simply not enough. If you want to be a cabin crew, you have to have the traits and character of one. There are a lot of people who are tall, have clear skin, they have the correct weight to height ratio, and are fit, but yet, they do not pass the airline screening process for flight attendants. Hence, it is time to examine ourselves and see how “cabin crewable” are we, on top of the physical requirements.

It is never too late to improve. We must realize that airline standards are really high. Hence, we have two choices. Either we work hard to reach the standards or just watch others make it in.

So how did you do? Are you ready to become a flight attendant?

If all or most of your answers here are yes, then you must be ready to become a cabin crew, well, on top of the physical requirements of an airline. If some of your answers are ‘no’, then are you willing to change to make them a ‘yes’? Always remember that the airline will not adapt to your personal standards. You have to be the one to attune to their standards.

You have to be 101% sure that you are ready to become a cabin crew. Do not apply just because it is the “in” thing or because you just want to travel for free or because your friend is one already. Always have with you the right reasons why you want to become a flight attendant.

Try to ask yourself “why do I want to be a cabin crew” and then read these questions silently and answer them by yourself. No need to ask someone to be around you. No one knows what’s in your heart but you yourself. After, try asking yourself again why. Have the right reasons too why you want to become a flight attendant, and from here, you will see how ready you are to become a flight attendant.
